Facebook&#8217;s share is reported to be 32.19% of its 10 million user sample. <p style="text-align:left;">We&#8217;ve always been curious about what candidates do when they visit a company&#8217;s staffing or career site.</p>
<p style="text-align:left;">Many companies have no idea about their application abandonment rates or whether or not a visitor to their career pages left satisfied with the information found.</p>
<p style="text-align:left;">We do know of at least one company in our client roster that is successfully tracking hires through the entire online recruitment, application and post-application process to include data on hiring and retention.</p>
<p style="text-align:left;">We encourage companies tracking this activity to fill out this important CareerXRoads survey. The results will benefit the entire human resources community.</p>
